A monitor that reads the Guardian's receipts and the model's own telemetry, compares today against each agent's seven-day behavioural baseline, and turns deviations into a diagnosis and a prescription. It never acts on its own: every prescription is a proposal to a human, and the risky ones go through maker-checker.
